Solar regulator advice (1 Viewer)

We have a Roller Team MH with a factory fitted 120w solar panel. This is connected to the battery via a PWM controller.

First question is, is there any benefit in changing the controller to a MPPT type which I understand are more efficient and can put a bit more into the battery.

Second question, are all MPPT controllers created equal? Ebay has controllers from £25 upwards. Are the cheaper offerings less superior than the expensive models.

Are you having problems with your present set up? Not sure you will get much more with one 120W panel. I wouldn't buy a cheap controller.
