Assuming the panel is a part of your solar charger....
Left Figures mean current incoming solar panel voltage and amps not too sure about the amps there, as the battery says a larger figure, but normally it means your panel is giving you the figure in amps.
Mid figure is your current battery status. Its charging at 13.9v and 5.6 amps going into it (and its a happy battery 'cos of the smily face)
Right figure is for the load connector thats on your solar charger and its indicating its currently (no pun intended) switched off. If it was switched on in your setting and you had say another device connected it would show you what voltage and current its drawing (some use this connection for running small lamps phone chargers etc directly from the solar panel bypassing the battery)
I get it now, The lower figure on the panel (amps) is because of the higher voltage on the panel
The higher figure on the battery (amps) is because of the lower voltage.
Lenny HB power figures are based on Ohm's Law which is correct
