i am considering buying a freestanding solar panel my leisure battery is 75amps does anybody reccomend size type supplier etc who i could buy from as i have no ideas on what i need

Might be worth looking at upgrading the existing battery to a 110Ah first. Then maybe a second battery.

It really depends what you want to achieve. Are you looking to last 2 nights without hookup or a week?

For a 75AH battery with very light usage an 80Watt panel will be more than enough. These can be had for around £100. You will need a charge controller as well. It is a DIY job if you are a competent DIY'er. Otherwise the cost can escalate...

why have it freestanding ? For less than £150 you can get an 80w panel and do a diy fit and forget.. :thumb:

Just have a read up on the threads, lots of info already posted..
