Which solar panel kit would you recommend and what size is most efficient?

More Watts is better ther'e all as efficient as the sun is bright,
efficiency has more to do with the controller ie MPPT is the one to go with.

I got my solar kit (100watt) from www.sunstore.co.uk and found them helpful, they also fit them if required so understand motorhomes.

There's Polycrystalline, Monocrystalline and Panasonic HiT. Poly is less efficient than Mono, and the best is HiT. A 100W panel of any type will produce 100W in the same test conditions, but the more efficient ones will be smaller. However the difference is quite small.

A decent fast MPPT controller will be more efficient than a PWM controller, especially in cloudy and/or colder weather. If you can find away to tilt the panel rather than keep it flat all the time, that adds a lot to the efficiency.
