Hi,

i have had two occasions where both the cab and leisure batteries have died on me during winter storage, once my own fault by not bringing Motorhome home to charge early enough, the other where I had been in hospital for 2months and then not physically strong enough to bring it home to charge for a further month.

i am thinking of a solar panel and mppt controller, I already have a battery master fitted, do you think this will keep the batteries charged In winter storage and what size panel would you recommend.

cheers

100w. Consider a hinge down one side so you can tilt it south. Makes a massive difference when the sun is low.
