Solar Panel Regulator (2 Viewers)

Has anyone got a EPHC Charge Regulator. I have recently fitted one and sometimes the regulator shows a flashing yellow LED. Acording to the instructions a yellow LED indicates a low battery but there is no mention of a flashing LED. The battery is showing 13.2V so it would seen it is charged.

:Cool: If it is like the one I have fitted to our Sunor? Then it is registering that the Batteries are charged. :thumb:

the middle LED flashing is an indicator that the battery is fully charged.
