solar output

I had 3 x 110 Banner batteries fitted to our van and a 120 watt roof mounted solar panel, everything seems to be working ok, we were at a rally last week for 3 days and all ok .
Question is, the red/green lights on my controller in the cupboard were all flashing this afternoon !!
it was very sunny all day today and I was busy in the van so thought I would take a look and this surprised me as I had never seen this before.
Anyone any ideas ??

When the Green LED flashes on mine, the batteries are Fully charged ..

have a read of the controller instructions..
