They may work perfectly well in tandem for all I know but you could still split your solar and batteries into two and have a combiner/selector switch.

Yes just like alan has been telling me to do lol The trouble with me i seem to always over complicate things i just can't help it, I dont do it on purpose, But in fact i like and need things very simple, I think it's because i have to see things from different perspective, just like when i'm writing this i have to copy and past it into google then check the spelling and see how it looks before i post, it very frustrating but something i'v lived with for many many years.I worry incase i get on peoples nerves so sorry if i do.

If you need chargers for the unexpected then these CBE units are very much below regular price at £95 A real steal

These can work in tandem no problem and no different to what Schaudt do with their electroblocs when increasing battery capacity.
DO these (connect) run form the alternator then or?

Edited: now you see if i dont check what i write thats the sort of gobbly gook thats comes out lol sorry it can e very frustrating at times.

Regarding the Maximum solar MPPT regulators . The seller is not a salesman he is highly technically qualified.
If you messaged him and asked if two 300watt units would work together on one large battery bank I'm sure you would get a qualified reply .

See this Niesman Pic from two years ago. It has two very large batteries. One charger would be very slow so they have one each (y)

I think I'd split your batteries into 4 and 2 but use all the solar on the four with the inverter and use a CBE CSB2 to send surplus charge (up to 4amps) to the other 2 for general 12volt usage

Wont the b2b do the charging, if fitted? and what about the inverter, would 4 batteries be enough to run a fridge freezer? brain freezz sorry

Ah ok i thought them chargers had to plug into 240 to run, i must of miss read earlier.

Yes alan you're right it gets complicated for me too, but my brain just keeps wanting more, the trouble is in a few days time i forget most of it, so i have to have everything in writing, so i can look it up again, and again lol bit like what he said: ― Albert Einstein
“Never memorize something that you can look up.”

You could pay 2.5 times more for something that only shifts 3 amps max and its 2.5 times bigger but it looks prettier
Sterling look good at best
