Being a member of “Which” I get all sorts of best buys, do’s and don’t etc. This week features “home” solar and storage pros and cons. The prices for the batteries, weight and warranty, even re-used Nissan car batteries seem to me (total novice) quite reasonable. I appreciate that the panel arrays would need a complete updating wattage wise, but could these be a viable option for the full time/long trip van use? More to the point would the power/battery companies agree to such usage?

Designed to be bounced along roads and fields?
As its a Nissan EV Battery, I would imagine they are designed to survive certain impacts/collisions as well as bouncing down roads. I would be more worried about killing myself trying to fit one, as those batteries carry lethal voltages.
