In case the electricity runs back out of the van when it's not being used. It can't run uphill apparently.

It's so that someone will take a photo of it and post it on a motorhome forum.

The cable has been put there by someone who has been driven mad by the thought of paying 10 quid a night for electricity.

It's so they don't run over the cable when vacating their pitch.

    It isn't working then.

Better to throw a loop under the van at the step....completely out the way then.

Just keeping the cable out of the way. I do exactly that with my extra long gas hose when running it from the onboard tank to my barbie. Always think its poor design when utilities come in on the door side of the van

We use the tyre and if the hook up is ahead of the van also the drivers door mirror to keep the lead away from the dogs
