Trust the good old Daily Express to make us feel better. Just when we were bothered by the thought that we won’t be able to take our motorhomes and cars out for months because we will be under several feet of snow, they tell us not to get too down about it because we won’t be able to afford it anyway:

James Madden, forecaster for Exacta Weather*, forecasts a extremely cold winter every year, presumably on the basis that if he does it for long enough, eventually he will be right and everyone will be impressed.
