B***** typical, have not seen a flake here for over 2 years and it's threatened for Controle Technique (French MoT) time.

Typical, we are heading south from the UK tomorrow.
Just in time to catch the snow. Glad I had new tyres fitted to the front.

Richard.

Don't panic - I am not suggesting that France will have to close at the mention of the word "snow". Also I cannot imagine why you would want to venture to our little bit of France at this time of year but you are most welcome anyway.

Best of luck on your travels, bon voyage and bonne chance.

Despite many promises the whatever is less than a millimetre did not prevent the CT going ahead. Passed though there are a couple of minor things that do not require a revisit.

So that's it for 2 years.

Quite a covering of snow in the French countryside today.
We drove south from La Mailleraye-sur-Seine to Montreuil-Bellay and for part of the drive there was 3-4 inches of snow on the fields. Main roads were completely clear but side roads looked slushy.
Our usual very slow meander through France has accelerated somewhat.

Richard.
