I’ve been on their website and can’t find anything that says it’s shut.

It is open. The car park was chokka on Sunday

Its normally quiet enough for us to park our MH there for hikes.
But at the moment - from our sample of one trip - it’s full of people wanting to get out.

You mention not staying over but as it happens Snelsmore closes at dusk/early eve.

The Snug does decent cafe fare.
