Got a new Hub

Tried to change the wifi name and password, , saved, its still reverts back to the original!! Grrrr, thoughts?

Tried to change the wifi name and password, , saved, its still reverts back to the original!! Grrrr, thoughts?

If you cant save the password report to the service provider eg BT they will either provide a firmware update or send you a new one, hope your not changing that unique password to a simple one

The Virgin Smart Hub 2 ain’t so smart, certainly not in terms of WiFi range, we use ours in modem mode with another WiFi router instead.
