Slow running hot tap (1 Viewer)

hi everyone. The sink tap in our Globecar has been running slowly for a while. We had the tap replaced before this trip, and it was faster for a while, but now bad as ever. It runs the cold fast enough, and the bathroom is ok, so don't think it's the pump. Could it be the pipe getting warm and kinking do you think? Any ideas please? Thanks

Is it a mixer or separate hot && cold?

It's a mixer tap.

It could just be an airlock, or as you rightly say, it could be a kink in the pipe
