Hi thinking of taking a trip to Sovenia inJuly. Have you visited this country and if so can you give us any tips. .We intend spending about 2 to 3 weeks there.

We went through on the way to Croatia last May.

Handy stop over as near to town and shops then 10-15 min walk to Lake Bled.

If you go south, nice site on the Croatia/Slovenia border, located on the river, good for swimming.

Ljubljana is a wonderful capital to visit for the sights and atmosphere with a campsite on the ring road and a bus at the gate.
Bled is nice to have a day walking around the beautiful lake but not much more for us. Campsite on the shore. Tolls have changed when we were last there and I couldn’t find anywhere to buy their new Go Box system
