I've got an Autocruise Rythem, and there's a lot of rattling from the slid door when driving. Has anyone removed the inner panel on a Peugeot Boxer or Fiat Ducato? I'm hoping it just pops off??

Not personally but my garage have done that to access the lock mechanism. It was essentially just about getting a flat blade in between panel and metalwork, wiggle under and work around until near a pop fixing & lever a way under.

If I was doing it I'd try this tool: https://www.eurocarparts.com/p/amte...0m30OeLX6r6F61nxb6_5PDVcvxa7ZfNRoCGLEQAvD_BwE

that sounds like the door may be out of adjustment, and that is done with the door open.

Have you got a sliding fly screen in the sliding door opening? We have one in our van, and it was a big rattler as the vibrations would make it bump against the trim of the door. A couple of bits of foam tape in the right spot sorted it out.

cheers,

Robin
