Oh! There should be an automatic clock change.
Try a full power off and on?
And/or look in the menus for a way to manually set GMT instead of BST 🤔

Sky Q is all OK on my system..... try re-booting your system - main power off to the box - wait 20 secs - then back on (a bit like the the IT crowd running joke)

Just found this on SKY forum,
SKY+UPDATE - INCORRECT TIME SHOWING IN SKY GUIDE

We are aware that some customers with Sky+ boxes are seeing British Summer Time shown in the Sky Guide this morning following the overnight seasonal clock change.

We are investigating how to correct this. We have verified that the impact appears limited to the wrong time being shown in the clock. Watching live TV, recordings, and downloading and playing On Demand appear to be working correctly

This doesn't affect customers with Sky Q and Sky Glass

Agh, you need to get a Q box 😂😂😂

Sky HD+ time problem has now been fixed. Either force a manual download of the new software, or wait until your box will get the new software Thursday morning.

I would stick with sky + if I were you. Sky Q is rubbish. Wish I could swap back.
Oh! We like Sky Q and wouldn’t go back.
What isn’t better with Q?

Edit: for home use. But is there a Sky Q limitation for a Motorhome install?

A few months ago I had problems with my WiFi, needed a new modum, whilst onto sky guy says why don’t you upgrade to sky q, I said I take our present box up to our static and we get everything we have at home, I can’t do that with a Q box.
Daughter has a Q box plus another which looks like the normal sky + box but a bit smaller, she took it up last weekend all the same connections but it wouldn’t work, also because she removed it from home then nothing there would work.

Yes that is a problem with the Q Box and the van, I asked RoadPro way back if there was a fix for my Dome, alas still not. I did ask the Sky engineer if I could get a card to keep the +Box going but got conflicting answers from him and the call centre. We make do with gas tv in the van now.

I prefer the menu's on sky +. On Sky Q they're not as user friendly.
Also one can't set program reminders on Q.
The picture on my main box keeps dropping out and the amount of times I have to reconnect the mini boxes drives me crazy.
If it was just me I would have it taken out.
When you think you could have Amazon prime, Netflix, freeview and also freesat if you have a dish all for a couple hundred quid a year, and you can take most of them with you in the van.
The content on Sky I feel is not worth what they charge.

The user interface is a personal thing, but with the Sky Q UI you can navigate around with the cursors buttons.
Right cursor keeps advancing you into the menus.
Left back out.
I do have a programable remote control with short cuts to recordings and one or two others.
It is a ball ache that the 'stop' button quits out of where ever you are in the menus back to TV though.
Also one can't set program reminders on Q.
When Sky show upcoming programs there's the green button short cut to set a reminder.
I've been a Sky Q user for ~8years (initially as a beta tester) so I can't remember what is now missing compared to Sky HD
It was a few release of Sky Q software before we got the red & green button features the Sky HD platform had

Not sure why there's main picture break up. Is that local reception? We had to cut a tree down and then eventually relocate the Sky Dish due to other trees 😠 :)
Sky Q main box to multiroom boxes are often setup mistakes - not made easy by Sky software.
The main issue we had with having to reconnect our multiroom boxes was the standby modes not matching. I may have the Sky support email/feedback for that somewhere

Have you asked Sky customer support about your issues?

edit: forgot this: don't forget you can watch Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc. on Sky Q :roflmto:

Turned on this morning and all times are now correct, I thought that was a quite quick fix for a little company like Sky ;)
Thing is they thought it was a software issue at first, so had to check all of that, but then found that it is an actual box issue...so they had to rewrite and test new software to correct the box issue before they could roll it out...
It was not really a big issue...watching and recordings were not affected...just those people who could not use another device (wristwatch, phone, sundial!) to tell the time were complaing on the Sky forum.
