Situated just off the B6480 (which runs through the centre of Settle) and accessed via Ingfield Lane/ Lower Greenfoot. Close to the town centre shops, cafes, railway station and Tourist Information Centre.

We were in settle 3 weeks ago and both car parks although allowed overnight parking but signs said no camping and no sleeping and no cooking
So we decided not to chance it and went up to clitheroe

Also if in M/H and the police wake you up at 3 am you are not sleeping your talking are you not, to them.

Motorhome places now marked out in Coach Street car park. £5 for overnight. Sleeping etc permitted.

You can be assured that the Police are not functionaries of the Local Authority and there is no chance they will knock on your door if parked in a car park.

just be careful as bays are smaller for the large MH and are sideways next to each other. when used during day could easily get blocked it.

at settle atm. 2 side days and a small for we bay
I am sat in one atm
you can see other in front and the stupid corner bay.
what you cannot see if the single car space behind me !
I know there are trying but could be much better for not a lot of extra work.

Skipton beautiful little town, the Wetherspoons pub is a glorious old building, such character, we had to go in and sample a couple, just to be hospitable.

The award winning pie shop is nice but if you are in there more than 10 minutes you can spend more than the bloody van is worth, prices are mind boggling for a pork pie, very nice though they are.
