Still making mistakes! But they're not as costly.
Quick question. Are there any campsites in Sitges and what are they called? Many thanks.

We used El Garrofer for a couple of weeks in April and it was fine. It is just to the south of the town but an easy cycle ride to the centre. Main beaches a bit closer and a nice walk through a residential area. It's a 16 Euro a night ACSI CC site. Be aware that it is well used by the Spanish on seasonal pitches so the quiet relaxed atmosphere of midweek does change at weekends. Having said that there was no rowdy behaviour and it was quiet at night. The rotisserie chickens are not the cheapest but are the biggest I have come accross and they taste brill. We would certainly stay again if we are in the area.:thumb::thumb:

We used El Garrofer a few years ago. As others have said, within cycling distance of the seafront. Also a regular bus service to Barcelona stopped at the gate, so we used Sitges as our base for visiting the city. I seem to recall being packed in pretty tight on the pitches in summer so it wasn't one of our favourite sites. On the plus side the receptionist put the decimal point in the wrong place when charging us for our stay so we enjoyed a substantial discount.
