Sites or aires open now in France (1 Viewer)

I would be grateful if anyone could recommend sites or aires that would be open now near Orleans and the A75 South of Clermont Ferrand?

All aires should be open, although depending on temperatures, the water will probably be turned off. I wouldn't expect there to be any sites open this time of the year. Sorry.

I agree most Aires will be open, a few which are on Grass could be closed. I did find a few closed in November.

The nearest site to Orleans, open all year, I can find is:-

Site open south of Millau at LODEVE. BUSBY.

On A71 head for Montlucon then take D2144

A good app to download is "CAMPERCONTACT" and the best "aires" book is CAMPERSTOP.

Orleans has or at least had a large municipal site on the main road in from the north, not used it since we tugged 5+ years ago

As above from our limited use of aires, most of the ones we used actually can be closed

This one is just North of Claremont so maybe no good to you.
We use it regularly lovely aire by a lake open all year around and only 5 minute walk into town.

Oh forgot the drive from there south to Claremont about 45 mins I think is stunning, especially in the morning with sun coming up and a bit of mist in the valley. Beautiful look out for the fort on the cliffs edge.

Ukcampsite, despite it's name lists sites in other countries and you can search specifically for ones open all year.
