A bit windy for us near Cambrils, thinking of heading down to Valencia tomorrow, anyone know of any cracking sites for a few days? Beach is a requirement of course. Cheers in advance.

Saler beach car parks Nobody seems particularly bothered out of season also opposite the Albufera lake is a couple of very large car and coach parks also empty this time of year. Of course the other advantage is my sister inlaw informed me that the temp was 27c just to wind me up

Bonterra Park at Benicassim.Excellent site,close to beach and unusually quite a few vacant pitches..BUSBY.

Not exactly a cracking site but 150 yds to the beach is camping Coll Vert at el Saler
It's clean and tidy and ACSI.


Bus outside into the City or bike path ALL the way about 40 mins.
There are a few campsites along the road and an "Aire".

Oh and FLts everywhere.

Another vote for Col Vert but only for 2 nights as it's a tad basic. Bus stop outside.

There’s a nice free Aire at Grau, overlooking a stunning beach.

Definitely moving later, got up at 3am due to 60-70mph winds on the nose. Given up sleeping now as it is still blowing for hours!

Staying at a very pleasant site in Xeraco (xeraco camping) on the Costa Blanca, 20 mins from Gandi. 500m from the massive sandy beach and a Spar. Town a bit (lot) deadish, weather stonking. 18e per night with 2 dogs. Showers and toilets excellent.

Theres a nice aire just up from you at Tavernes de la valldigna and only 8 euros a night.

How busy is the site? As in how full? We are currently in Alcossebre but will be looking to move south sooner or later.
