Hi guys could do with a site with ehu about 60 miles south of kendal not too far off motorway, seems to be fully booked in a lot of places im at mofatt at moment but fully booked until weekend so is kendal club site regards steve

About 90 miles south of Kendal, so maybe not what you're looking for, but this place is very good http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=12822. About 10 minutes off the motorway.

In my humble opinion, you can ignore the positve reviews especially this one.

We've left Whittingham and Goosnargh camp site 2 days ago and just left Moffat today. Moffat is really busy but if you give David a call at Whittingham camp site there is plenty room there. The club is really friendly, drink is cheap!

Thanks but weheaded for dorset yesterday near home and wished we never got caught on m6 , 4 times thru day and night sending people everywhere took 14 hrs to get here its a pxxs take
