Guidance please, l have a Sinus Inverter that once switched on checks the system for 240v usage, therefore, if it picks up on something switched on if starts up and provides 240v, once the 240v item is turned/unplugged off it then goes into standby.
l cannot gat it to stay powered up for the Firestick that’s is powered via 240v plug.
l don’t think it picks up enough Volt/Amp requirement or something as it just goes into standby.
Any guidance on the general use would be most helpful, l have looked in the Manual but it doesn’t help.

What a pain. I have an 'energy saving' smart power bar like that. Either plug in something else or see if you can power the firestick off your 12v or USB feed (depending on what you have).

As other have said, incredibly simple to run a Firestick from 12v which is the easiest solution for you!

Completely agree that the fire stick can be run from usb on a Telly, however, some tvs don’t provide enough power for the setup / installation process but do provide enough for it to run once setup! I learned this at my own expense.

Why not just plug the Firestick into one of the USB sockets on the TV.
I’ve done that now and it works, however, the frustration of the Sinus Inverter constantly closing down is a bind.
Every Inverter l have had previously just kicks in but l am having to nurse the process.

Yes,it defeats the object of it being a power saving process having to use more power to use a low power item.
l was hopeful someone had a similar unit and could advise.

I believe it is a Votronic inverter so hold in the power button for 3 seconds and it will be permanently on, alternatively set the dip switch on the back to disable power saving, start at page 8 of the manual.

Martin,
Thank you very much for advising me of this absolutely brilliant and easy to follow instructions.
Brian.

They do a lttle gismo to sort that

Amazon product ASIN B078KSHVCS

I had the same problem and this totally sorted it. Although I see they re waiting for stock atm but better long term solution than asking the inverter to power it

Edit, amazon Uk have got it, Im on spanish sim so not bought up uk

jongood yes, seen that one. Once set up at using a 240v plug it seems to run well from the usb after that. Not needed the additional gizmo yet, even on the 12v tv 👍👍
