Since yesterday Outlook "error adding recipient to message" (1 Viewer)

Outlook on laptop And phone suddenly won't let me send emails. To known good regular email addresses.

I know Outlook app has had similar glitches over the years but reinstalling app has not helped this time.
Any advice?
