Will sikoflex 221 be ok for bonding solar panel to roof ?
The 512 can only be found in white as I need black.

252 is the really strong one avaliable in black or white.

Yes meant 252, just rang uk sealants and they recommended 252 so ordered one, thanks for quick response ??

What brackets are you using? If plastic check the Sika you have ordered is OK, one of them is not suitable for plastic.

I asked for 512 but that’s only in white they said that they recommend 252 for the job, so only going by there recommendation

Sikaflex® 252 is suitable for structural joints that will be subjected to dynamic stresses. Suitable substrate materials are timber, metals, particularly aluminium (incl. ... phosphated, chromated and zinc-plated components), metal primers and paint coatings (2-c systems), ceramic materials and plastics.
