I usually remove any silicone (any type) with all and any tools, really depends upon the application. Usually a sharp knife to cut into the mass of the material and then start to lift the item, then gradually cut as the material opens up. If there’s no way to get a blade in there then cheese wire is a great method (i use it a lot for dismantling aquariums). Once the items are apart then it’s just a case of scraping off as much of the material as possible and then using something like acetone to make sure both surfaces are clean before reapplying.
