I know you can turn them off but a sensible signature is a good idea.

Lot’s of us don’t use them.
Some add some personal info.

Our profile section (area highlighted in pic) is very large in MHF.
Often our post content is smaller than the text box because of that profile section,
So, signatures often take up no extra space.
If the signature is a list of a posters’ MH travels that changes and i’d rather not lose that screen space.
Maybe we need a signature on/off with AI/ML to turn off the list type signatures

They must take up considerable bandwidth on Jim's servers. I suppose you could argue they use up data on people's 4g/5g plans although probably less relevant in this day and age. It just becomes more annoying and cluttered when scrolling down speed reading threads.

Turned them off now in Preferences and much better to read.

I’ve turned them off so thanks for telling me how - it’s become increasingly irritating - sometimes a pain trying to actually see the thread content
