We are currently just north of Siena in our Laika Ecovip 200i and my wife would like to visit the Alsace area on the way back to Belfast.
We had a good run down going through Luxembourg, the Black Forest, Liechenstein and Switzerland and paid our 37 Swiss francs to allow us our 10 days in the country as we are over 3500 kgs.
Our problem is while the Laika cruises very well and even if you come up behind a lorry doing 55mph, will pull out and accelerate to nearly 70, it does not like hills and frequently would drop to 30. We came through the San Bernardino tunnel and found if we went back that way, it is a constant climb of almost 20kms and just wondered if any of you would have advice on returning using the 'flattest' route. Appreciate the Alps are everywhere but just interested in any advice.
Thanks
