Shurflo pump spares

The shurflo pump fitted to our adria looks to have a plastic filter housing next to the pump, as this hangs down it stays full of water when the system is drained down , no prizes for guessing that it has froze and split. My question is where could i get a spare before xmas as we are going away on boxing day. Any help pleasei

It would help if you say where you are as you may need to pick one up with the currently undependable postal/parcel services.

And when you refit it, turn it up the other way so that the water drains out of it.

It’s just a mesh filter, it’ll work whatever its orientation.

Fingers crossed that the Amazon delivery arrives on time.
I'm still waiting for a tracked parcel that has twice been advised as 'Out for delivery', then 'Returned to depot'.

was that amazon as i know dpd have been having problems, a last resort is that o leary in hull have them in stock but an hours drive each way if i can skive off work 1 day this week.

Not Amazon, it's Hermes so hopefully you will be O.K.

I don't know how dear the filter housing is but with items that are relatively inexpensive I often buy two and keep one as a spare. (I've bought 'spares' for several different things which seems to be a guarantee of never needing them ).

Won’t be a problem at all, it’ll either pass right through or sit with a bubble. Mine is the reverse of how yours is now, no probs.

Thats great will do that when i refit although it is only the 'bowl' that is broken
