Hi Martin, I will canoe upstream and hopefully meet you all for a picnic. I failed to save the what3words you gave me yesterday. Could you please post them again? Thanks

Could I have these Tonka. We lost ours in France somewhere. I'm sure they will fit.

I know a few people have left today so I apologise for not waiving you all off, I am also aware that I haven’t managed to get around and talk to everyone, if you have left today thank for coming and we hope you have had a good time.
A huge thanks to you, Jen, Janine and John.
What a warm welcome 🤗
Arrived as newbies on our first funster rally.
Left feeling a part of something special!
Looking forward to our next one!

Thanks to funflair for organising this meet, the extra marshals and everyone that attended to make a great weekend.
Despite the odd bit of rain.

We had booked for 5 nights but left early today.
However thats only because I have a pre-op appointment tomorrow relating to hip surgery next week. (y) (y) (y)

A huge thanks to funflair and Jen for organising the rally; it was a great weekend away and gave us the opportunity to meet up with friends we haven’t seen for a while and have a few beers.

Would love to have stayed longer but had to leave today to return to work tomorrow.

Thanks again

Evening all, just home, great get together, didn’t get to see as many as we hoped to, blame the rain or maybe it was localised enforced gin consumption 🤔😁

it’s great to be out again, thanks Martin and Jen for setting this up for us 👍

we have a few more dates set up, but next big one is Chester hope to see some of those that we missed this weekend when there 👍

Beautiful photos! It is a lovely town. The (Catholic) cathedral has a Pugin interior which is supposed to be amazing but I have yet to go in there.
Although it is my nearest big town, I tend to come here to shop and then go home. This week I have been walking the loops of the river that I have never done before 😀

We have decided to leave a day early as THE BUILDER HAS MADE A START:clap::clap::dance2::dance2::Grin: on our house build project!

We will come and say our goodbyes shortly, but just wanted to say what a great time we have had and how lovely it has been to see everyone again.

A big thank you to Martin and Jan and the Marshall for organising such a great meet. Also how generous you Funsters have been with donations to Breast Cancer Now for our swimming efforts, your support is really appreciated. I will up date money totals and miles swam later today.

Thankyou to Martin and Jan for accepting us on your rally, It is the first time on a Mhf rally for us, but certainly won't be the last. We have enjoyed our chatty bits with other ralliers.
Thankyou again. Joan and Mike
It was lovely to meet you - looking forward to seeing you in another field somewhere sometime 😀

The books (and CD.s, and DVD's and T shirts???) have been packed away and the gazebo has been wrestled back in its bag.
We have been humbled once again by the genorosity of spirit and cash plus items given for us to sell in aid of Prostate Cancer UK whilst at Shrewsbury.
YOU!!! have raised the magnificent sum of.......... £154:Eeek::Eeek::Eeek:

Thank you, one and all.

Kindest Regards

The Emmits
P. S.

What did I say about the GENOROSITY of Funsters?

Just had a knock at the door and a £10 note has been thrust in my hand.

Make that £164!!!
Thank you.

The right people, the right place but being England, the wrong weather. From the moment we arrived when Funflairs hose fell off and blocked my water tank (sorted out by Lenny HB) to the moment it almost stopped raining, we had a memorable time.
Thank you Marshalls, neighbours and Funsters all, for your smiles and good humour. Sorry for the noise we made and late hours we kept.
p.s. For anyone who has not visited Shrewsbury, you are missing out. Alan
