We just had a shower tray repaired which cost £300.
A team worked for 5 hrs Thursday and Mike came yesterday to finish off,ie tightening plug Screws etc.
Masking up took the longest, Mike unmasked yesterday.
We are very pleased with the result, the floor being a little bit pimpled and soft to the touch, non slip, white is what we wanted but other colours are available,We were told it would last the life of the van.
Well worth it as we couldn't get a replacement with the van being 8 years old.
The hole around the plug was repaired and it didn't need reinforcing but that would be done in the price if needed.
Thanks to the funsters who recommended speedcoat

Gord, just replaced the shower tray in our "19" year old van, new old stock about £50 plus replaced the pipes and all the clips replaced with stainless steal, about a days work including removing the old tray. :)

Who did it for just out of interest.

A local man called Mike wise. He replaced Neil the caravan medic. Tel 07814939358. He's just starting back after retiring from spraying trucks and cars For 30 years +

Would have loved to have paid that but they couldn't source one for me.

No great that your sorted, what I do is search eBay and if not on there put it in watch and so far everything I have needed has come along eventually. :)
