Shower Tap leaking (water out from Shower head) (1 Viewer)

Beginners, got Doggy the van - March 2014
just arrived to Santander last night, water coming out from shower head, seems shower tap not sealing, have to stop water pump.
We have Autotrail Delaware, can somebody advice please?
Here is an holiday period till 7th January.

You have already found the short term solution via your pump ! Just make sure any escaping water is directed down a waste drain and carry on regardless.

Another possible (and perhaps more convenient?) option would be to unscrew the shower head from the flexible pipe then replace it having put some thin polythene over the end of the pipe to seal it temporarily. If this works, you can at least avoid having to turn the pump on and off.

Probably won't work ,but , at this time of the year a cork from a bottle of wine pushed in to the shower head pipe.
If nothing else it's an excuse to open ANOTHER bottle of wine:D:D.

Just keep the pump turned off unless you actually want to draw some water...it's what we have always done; then there's no risk in a pressurised system of a pipe leak/split resulting in the pump discharging all your freshwater tank water inside the MH.
