Are you allowed to visit the local supermarket in your motorhome to do your weekly shop

I believe so yes, for some people it`s their only transport
Some people are getting pulled over in their motorhome but I think most of these are on motorways which looks most like an un-necessary journey.
I take mine out to supermarket every other week to give it a run out and I`ve had no problem

Third post you have made on this subject???

Yes definitely, we sold our car and always go shopping in ours, much safer with your own facilities, we live in holiday resort and a policeman asked us if we were on holiday very politely, we said just shopping, he was fine

I think you have to walk around the supermarket 😂 but cannot see why you cannot travel to and from it in your motorhome. You might attract the attention of the police though. Locals may also be not impressed, thinking you’re on holiday.

Use ours ever week, our car is blocked in by it, so I’m not going to shift it just to get the car out of the garage. (y)

Just because its a big plastic box doesn't mean you can't use it for essential journeys.
You can use any form of transport you want if it's road legal.

It does appear, going by replies on other threads, that a lot of people should lock their vehicles, go indoors and lock their house doors and sit and wait for the gov to declare its OK to venture out.
