Anyone know if there are height barriers in sherwood pines car parks ?

I'm local but cant remember to be honest Dont recall there being any when I've been up in my high roof van for a Christmas tree.
If your looking to park up the Robin Hood pub on the traffic lights near centre parks and Sherwood pines has a large carpark and allows over night stays if you use the pub.

no there isnt, I go there a lot. Car park is about £6/8 for the day .I have a season ticket but I know the charges recently went up.

There’s a new motorhome caravan club site at Sherwood pines going to give it a try

I live in ollerton about 3miles from sherwood pines and you can visit clumber Park, Rufford and the most to the surrounding places

The dog and duck is a lovely pub to visit and they did use to do a cornflake tart a few years ago that was great

Thanks I’m on the new club site but got to be off by 11am so was wondering if I could park motorhome inside the park for the rest of the day but not overnight

Yes you can park (if you pay!) There are huge parking areas in the shade of the pines.

Just a note the car park is controlled by ANPR cameras so you need to go to a pay station before you drive to the exit.

Fun MTB route...not difficult...just fun...track riding too, that's fun also....Robin Hood needs to get back there ASAP....the car parking Sheriff of Nottingham Robbing gits needs sorting...it's still a fun place to go for a day out...
