We had AL KO levellers fitted in 2018 and recently arranged for a service. The company we have booked in with say they have never been asked before to carry out a service on this make, although they are official suppliers. They are happy to carry out the service and will undertake the same checks as they do with other levellers.
My question is, has anyone else had AL KO levellers serviced? They have moving parts, valves, joints, hydraulic rams, which can all wear, so surely there should be a service schedule? I have previously dealt directly with AL KO, but they no longer have any staff who maintain these.

Think of a 13 tonne digger working 10+ hours a day every day. Ok the bearings where there is movement may need a few squirts of grease. But really nothing to maintain

Just ensure you put on silicon grease dropping the legs and again when you raise them. A spray takes a minute.

We greased our equipment every morning, checked the hydraulic fluid tank and that was it.
