Good morning I have just dusted down my Honda EX750 pure sine wave gennie and need a source for a service pack spark plug oil etc it started first time but may be needing it in the coming Armageddon that national grid appear to wish upon us all .many thanks.

Check code on plug then phone Opie Oils.

They supply plugs and oil and you know you are getting genuine stuff, not always (rarely) the case on eBay….. It will only be less than a litre of oil and a spark plug so little money.

The air filter will probably be a foam jobby. Reverse rinse through with some petrol, then a bit of soapy water and dry throughly. Simple as that really.

I would also drain down old fuel if 6 months old or older, or fill tank completely with fresh fuel to mix with the old of less than six months old. I would also use E5 not E10.

A spare spark plug is a handy thing, I would check amazon or google or even a local plant and equipment hire place. The plug has a type number on it.

As for oil, check the manual, its probably 10w-30 semi synthetic. Local motorcycle shops will have this. Personally I would pay for a brand name rather than B&Q or Garden Centre own brand. I don't expect there is an oil filter but a quick check of the air cleaner just in case anything has nested there, and a change of fuel if it's been standing long.

If your not expecting to use it soon put only minimum fuel in the tank and turn off the fuel tap and let the carb run dry after use. Consider and maybe use E5 (lower ethanol content) as it stores better and picks up less water in the tank.

Enjoy
