Service Station/Truck Stops with showers Spain

Hi we are in Spain at the moment.
We have a toilet on board but no shower, we are struggling to find campsites open where we want to be for our shower every 2 or 3 days. Does anyone have any reccomendations for a list of places that we can get showers on the road?

Many are turned off at this time of year (well they are in the areas around the Costa Del Sol that we used to visit).

Not thought of that, Do they ever have hot showers or are the just cold beach showers?

Only cold but if you get a hot day first few seconds are warm.

Most truck stops have paid showers but dont leave van unattended they have a lot of crime especially Barcelona and North wards

it does not get that hot in Spain this time of the year, had rain for two days and showers forecast for quite a few days ahead.

I'd go to a sports centre / swimming pool and ask to use their showers.

Just pay and have a swim at the same time. I'd say you need to do this pretty urgently, for now you must be fairly stinky
