Hi all,
Went out to the van today to find vehicle battery totally flat, van on EHU and leisure battery about 50%. Last used the van about a month ago just for a run out and everything seemed fine. Any ideas why the vehicle battery would be flat?

Not quite clear - has the van been on ECU for a month or do you mean you plugged it in to get starter battery charged?

As far as I was aware the van was on the EHU but when I checked yesterday the EHU had tripped, now when that happened I am not sure. The van has been on the EHU overnight (15 hours) but the vehicle battery is still showing totally flat. I assumed that the smart charger would charge the vehicle battery but am now starting to fear the worst. Any ideas?
Thanks for your reply.

Are you sure that the charger is switched on at the( EC500?) PSU .Also check the PSU shutdown switch is set for on.

As above, you need to assertain if the Hab and Cab are getting a charge. If you have the EC500 PSU you can select from the EC480 how you want to charge the batteries, hab, cab or smart charge which does both in order. User guides for the EC480 and EC500 are both in resources.,

Bit of Inspector Frost needed
Why did ECU trip?
As above with which is switched on/off?
What ran the starter battery down?
Is the starter battery toast?
