It would be easier to ask if any Funster is NOT going to France in September!

Seems like everyone is off so it's going to be very crowded over there.:winky:

We are on shuttle early on the 5th .... should have been the 1st but left it late booking and they want 14 days notice with Tesco vouchers:Doh:

Agree - think lots will be over there. We certainly will be - we're on the DFDS 14.45 Dover to Calais crossing day-after-tomorrow, Wednesday 28th Aug.

Heading, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Switzerland and hopefully end up in Provence. :thumb:

WE are off to France on Friday courtesy of Tesco tokens.
We are intending to head south and maybe get as far as northern Spain, not sure where just travelling where the fancy takes us.
Maybe we won't get far at all!!

We spent a day at Puy Du Fou last year and found it totally amazing and VERY busy but that was a Saturday,

It is our aim to see the evening performance while we are over there in September ..... perhaps we should have a Funster meet there.

Chunnel early on the 5th, can't decide between the Loire and then Brittany or Annecy and Provence, we have about 12 days traveling with 2 small dogs, constructive suggestions to aid a decision would be most welcome :thumb:

    Hi

We sail on the 9th no real plans but visiting St Malo probably south as far as la Rochelle but following weather.

Does anyone know if it's still ok to stop overnight at Marine Parade.

We are also leaving Dover on the 9th for our first trip to France. No plans but again probably towards La Rochelle. First time for our two dogs as well so will probably be playing it by ear depending on how they get on.
