My RV was standing since 2008 and we have had it for 12 months, the UK trips have been the shake down for the main event next year and it looks like this will fit the bill, I will have a word with her in doors and see what can be done, I have a warm feeling all of a sudden!

Attended the last four days this time around, would like to think we could make it next year but a bit too far advanced and would of course depend on Nem's health. Storm, (the boxer), still talks about it. She loved the relaxed attitude.

I would love to go but ,being a solo traveller who has not been abroad ever with a motorhome..and totally green on all aspects of foreign language and travel cannot steel myself to do it........but if I could hitch up with another one or two funsters on the same date out bound I feel I could be fine after a few days..so if anyone wants a old male git tagging on behind for the trip let me know.

You will be inundated with assistance in a very short time. believe me, when you have done it once you will wonder why you never did it years ago. Our first time abroad was only 4 years ago...and we have been caravanning/motorhoming for 41 years!!

If you are not sure put yourself on Maybe then book when you know for sure. There is plenty of room for non EHU. All we ask is you let us know if you are definitely coming. Thanks

Already done Pat & Trish. We are on Plot 9, you on Plot 8 and Bill and Eileen on Plot 7, same as last year.

Not at all tut-tut. Yes there is UK coverage on Astra 2 with the bigger sized dish as the footprint has changed.

It will be great to meet up with you. Many Funsters use the meet on the way to, on the way back or to meet up with friends for a few days. That is why we did it like this as a Meet, and not a Rally.

We are provisionally going for 3 weeks down thru central france & back , so hope your meet will fit in.
