Hi all, been motorhoming for about 4 years now. Getting the hang of it and going further afield as time goes on.

Camped in snow, mud, high winds and glorious sunshine. Snug as a bug in a rug. Fitted our own solar panels, so fairly independent of a leccy supply.

Made mistakes along the way.

Thanks for the welcome, met a couple of members who recommended joining. Hope to meet more of you in the future whether in the Uk or abroad. Might even have a bike on tow.

Bonneville, yes, I know just what you mean about bikes.

BTW what is you solar set up?

2x80W panels feeding 2x85Ah batteries. Control is through an EBL99 Electrobloc unit which also tops up the engine battery. Fitted a 1.8Kw modified sinewave inverter. Allows us to boil kettles etc, off grid.
