Bit of a hill going in. If you take the coastal path it will take you into Sennen Cove proper, the path tho, can be a tad challenging, especially on a gusty day' try not to walk too close to the edge and you'll be aok.

The Old Success a pub in Sennen has just had a revamp, so I couldn't say how it is now, it was a bit "cramped" and they served pub grub, nothing special when I last visited.

The 190 Degrees West, is the place to go if you are partial to Fish and Chips, in fact most seafood, depends whatever the boats bring in, and it's that fresh it flaps on your plate!

Do remember tho, walking DOWN into Sennen is a breeze. With a meal and a couple of pints under your belt tiz a long drag back up

My daughter and family have been there many times, always seem to have a good time.

No, sorry!

Lived in Cornwall. Currently on holiday in the Caribbean and you can’t mistake the two.

However, we still love Cornwall and it has the advantage of being able to drive the motorhome there. Trying to drive to the Caribbean would make any damp problems a lot worse.

You can say that again, “it’ill make ee fair knackered me ‘ansom” going up that hill! :whew: :whew: I did it a few times when I lived upalong at Crows an Wra.

Sennen Cove is a beautiful village, I was there a couple of weeks ago when it was pretty wild with half a gale of wind blowing, but the sun was shining :sun:and it was a great place to be.

Sennan cove is lovely, whitsand bay ,a short drive away is a stunning beach.

Sennen c&c site is nice, toilets and showers bit small, only 3 or 4 showers. We prefer Treverda farm just down the road, as the walks to the beach (great surfing)is easier and they have a new shower block and cafe and shop. It can get really busy, there is a c&m member spot in the filed next door but if you can avoid half term you will be fine. There is also a car park that you will find on the walk to the beach, with a little shed that sell amazing pickles & jams, that will allow you to stay overnight for a small fee, no facilities though, but amazing views. Enjoy.
Avoid lands end as it is now a money pit/ theme park!

Thanks so much for that I do like to know that there is somewhere to get a meal or three out. Don’t mind a good walk and I’ll try not to think about the crawl back up! The reviews weren’t that helpful regarding places within a couple of miles ish walk.
