Ever wonder what the term "semi-monocoque chassis" means in term of motorhome construction? I sure did and was never able to get a straight answer from anybody when I asked what it meant. I Googled and came up with, among others, the following:

According to the Link Removed the term Monocoque is French and originated in airplane design.

Wikipedia discusses the extension of the concept to unibody construction in automobiles.

Hi Tom a question first what do Americans mean by "Over the road" I've heard this before over the road buses & over the road truck drivers

I think the monocoque idea is brillant and should be used for coaches however I do think in the event of a rollover the coach would still be a total write off
Leastways i wouldn't want it back again
