Seitz Cassette Blinds

I have removed one of the blinds to tighten the bottom blind as it does not want to return to fully open. Not sure on how to go about it. One end of the bottom roll is held with what look like staples, the other is held by a small screwed down plastic block. Does anyone know the procedure please.

Your best bet is to search seitz roller blind adjustment. ( leisure spares give type and retention procedure ).
