folding panel

The answer is probably no. I have an 80w panel and although I have used a bike lock that goes into the carrying handle and attached to somewhere suitable on MH I normally don't bother when we are there, but probs wouldn't leave it unattended for too long though, fold it up and put away. Good piece of kit though, touch heavy.

Our portable panel came with a security cable attached and a padlock to lock it to something solid. Rather than use the padlock I threaded a combination locked bike security cable through the eye. The extra length gave more flexibility for positioning.

I also bought one of those siren padlocks and hung it on the crossbar of the panel support when we were away from the van for a while.

As with anything else, though. If a thief is determined enough they will have it.
