Seat belt in a Globecar Trendscout (1 Viewer)

I have recently aquired a Trendscout and quite happy except I need a lap belt or seat belt in th rear to carry another passenger
Its a rera lounge model with a u shape lounge with access to the back doors.
Is there a awy of doing this please? Here's hoping you Globecar users amongst us will know?

Im afraid I can't help.
Something to check is the V5C to see if it states the number of belted seats. I think it does and you can't simply add seat belts to carry passenger over this number as it is not rated with more than the stated number of belts.
Exceeding this could be an insurance problem too.
There may be a way around this to add a belt, but would possibly require a VOSA inspection? In order to get the V5C changed. I don't know if a lap belt would comply with current standards or not.
