Seat belt extenders

Can anyone offer advice on obtaining extenders that will fit the rear belts in our Mobilvetta Driver 52. The male end is slightly narrower than a 'standard' type with a narrower slot and a spear shaped polnt. The front belts are both normal fitment

Chinese shops here do an extender with various different lugs on that fit different types of female receivers. There are about 3 that I know of.
