Make sure you register with them( it's free) and keep the stay logged in box ticked as they seem to restrict some info if you are not logged in.

I am slowly adding to my points total (862 of the 1000 required) by sending them details of sites, wilding places etc so that whe you get the 1000 points accumulated you can download a file from them to add all their sites to your satnav.
