Saving PDF files in iPad (1 Viewer)

How do I save a PDF file into the iPad (1 generation one)

I just transfer them via Dropbox and then you can open them in ibooks.:thumb:

Thanks for the replies, got sorted this morning,
Problem was I did not realise that iBook app needed,
Once downloaded the app, every step obvious,:thumb::thumb:

I open PDFs in Kindle and upload them to the kindle cloud
